Shipping Policy
We ship both domestic and international via UPS insured. Orders can only be sent to verified credit card billing addresses.  An adult signature is required for all deliveries.  Items should be processed within 2 business days upon receiving your order. Orders will be processed during our regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.  Delivery times are estimated and may depend on where you live. Tracking numbers will be provided when the order leaves our warehouse.

RITMO MUNDO RETURN POLICY
Ritmo Mundo makes buying risk-free with the assurance of our return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition for a refund or an exchange within 7 days from date of delivery. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. Limits apply on Special Order items.

Shipping is not refundable.  Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED – We seasonally with have items that are a great value and offered at discount via phone order, online sales, or social media sites.  Every effort is made to accurately describe the item and all sales are final.

PROCESSING A RETURN

STEP 1)
Return Merchandise Approval (RMA): Contact us at service@rimtomundo.com to receive an RMA number. RETURNS ARRIVING WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. RMA’s EXPIRE IN 14 DAYS.

STEP 2)
Send item to Ritmo Mundo Please box all packages (more secure than envelopes). Include your RMA number, order number and original packaging.

Ritmo Mundo is not responsible for lost packages, therefore you should Insure Your Package.

STEP 3)
Receiving Upon receipt the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, have security tags removed, have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted. Returns without a receipt or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
