Return Policy

Ritmo Mundo makes buying risk-free with the assurance of our return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition for a refund or an exchange within 7 days from date of delivery. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. Limits apply on Special Order items.

Shipping is not refundable. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

After Sales Service

We value you as a product owner and appreciate your business. Your RITMO MUNDO watch at some point in time may require service. From regular upkeep to non-working functions and parts, our authorized repair center is located in LOS ANGELES, CA USA, and can assist you. Many time fixes can be explained via simple steps such as resetting a chronograph. Our service department can be reached at info@ritmomundo.com.

For those repairs that require watch service, detailed shipping instructions are provided below. Please note that lead time for process is approximately 10 to 12 weeks.

LIMITED INTERNATIONAL WATCH WARRANTY

Our Limited Watch Warranty is given by RITMO MUNDO to the first purchaser or first gift recipient of a purchased watch from an authorized dealer. The time period of this warranty begins when the watch is purchased and lasts for two (2) years from the date of purchase. We warrant that the purchased watch will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for two (2) years from the date the watch is purchased. Our warranty does not apply to or cover battery, the stem, crown, crystal or wear to the case and bracelet or strap, and does not protect against moisture or water damage if the model is not water resistant. Our warranty does not include damage or apply to defects which are caused, directly or indirectly, by misuse, abuse, negligence of the user, accident, repairs or alteration not made by us (including battery replacement), or tampering with or opening the watch. Our warranty is valid only if the original case, crystal, and crown remain intact, or if any prior work has been performed by the watch manufacturer (factory) or RITMO MUNDO. OUR WARRANTY IS CONDITIONED ON THE WATCH AND YOUR WARRANTY PAPERWORK BEING SUBMITTED TO OUR AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WATCH TO RITMO

The product owner will be responsible for shipping the watch to and from us. We ship UPS ground domestic insured for a flat fee of $20.00 Please note: We DO NOT return ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Please note the following:

1. Include a Copy of your purchase invoice with the date on it.
2. Include a note describing the malfunction.
3. Include a return address, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address.
4. Be sure to insure the watch with the shipper.
