The Ritmo Mundo Racer 20th Anniversary Edition 555 celebrates two decades of Racer with a design whose story is as unconventional as the watch itself.

The idea for 555 was born from a conversation between legendary Hollywood producer Jerry Weintraub and Ritmo Mundo founder Ali Soltani — inspired by the timeless expression:

“It’s always 5 o’clock somewhere.”

The 555 concept transforms a memorable conversation into a distinctive Racer design, bringing personality and a sense of humor to the precision-driven world of the chronograph.

Its modern matte-black dial is punctuated by vivid color and a distinctive multicolor 60-second subdial, giving this anniversary edition an identity entirely its own.

BORN FROM THE RACETRACK

Racer is rooted in Ritmo Mundo’s authentic motorsport history. From 2007 to 2012, Ritmo Mundo served as the official timekeeper of the Indy Racing League, an era that inspired the original IndyCar watches and established a lasting connection between the brand and American open-wheel racing.

The 44 mm Racer architecture carries that heritage forward through its fixed tachymeter bezel, chronograph functions, luminous hands and markers, racing-inspired pushers and tire-tread rubber strap.

SWISS CHRONOGRAPH PERFORMANCE

Powered by a Swiss Ronda 5040B quartz chronograph movement, the Racer 555 combines precision timing with chronograph functionality, date display, tachymeter scale and 10 ATM water resistance.

A specially engraved anniversary caseback completes an edition that brings together Ritmo Mundo’s motorsport heritage, independent design philosophy and a story shared between two longtime friends.
